Hotel Food Service Leader

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support Food Attendants to perform at their best.

This position requires a dynamic and hands-on individual who can lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure high standards are met.

Requirements
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
