The Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator is a key leadership position within the Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd, responsible for driving membership growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Team Development: Train and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our Guest Experience Charter.
- Membership Growth and Retention: Set and achieve new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, providing exceptional guest experiences in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
- Team Leadership and Management: Provide corrective action plans by working closely with the Centre Manager/National Guest Experience Manager, assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities, and conduct tours of the centre/facility as necessary to turn prospective members/guests into ongoing members.
- Experience in Sales and Customer-Facing Environments: Proven track record of success in sales and customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of business needs and processes as pertaining to KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Experience leading teams in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industries, with a solid understanding of team leadership, training, and development.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams to reach targets and provide exceptional guest experiences.
