
Government Sector Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team.
This is a quota-carrying sales role that partners with state government agencies to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create effective territory and account plans to deliver sales objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Lead a matrix account team to develop and manage the sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value.
- Build strategic partner alliances and relationships as part of the integrated account and territory plan.
- Nurture and expand relationships with public sector accounts by building trust and understanding their challenges.
- Drive customer success by understanding public sector challenges and demonstrating how Salesforce solutions meet these challenges.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and teams to ensure alignment with public sector needs and priorities.
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Ability to understand public sector challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and reporting pipeline and forecast data.
