Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive DIB strategy aligned with business objectives and cultural aspirations.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, industry benchmarking, and critical focus area identification to inform strategic decisions.
  • Execute DIB initiatives that promote inclusive practices, foster psychological safety, and drive tangible outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders and employee advocacy groups to co-design impactful initiatives that reflect the voices of our people.
  • Design and deliver inclusive training programs, events, and resources to build capability and ensure compliance.
  • Track progress on DIB goals using data and insights, and represent the organization in external forums and networks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in a DIB-focused role, with experience developing and delivering DIB strategies.
  • Deep understanding of intersectionality, inclusive leadership, and DIB compliance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Passion for creating equitable systems and workplaces where everyone can thrive.
