We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Sleep Apnea Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients, providing comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Conducting diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, to identify sleep-disordered breathing in patients.
  • Offering expert advice on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Providing follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients, promoting continuity of care.
  • Educating patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options to empower informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and service providers to deliver seamless patient care.
  • Promoting and upselling our product range and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintaining and sterilizing clinic equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Independent clinic management capability to oversee daily operations.
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
