As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for liaising with multiple third-party logistics providers, working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, reconciling invoices, and managing escalations. You will also be responsible for arranging deliveries for our VIP B2B customers and performing administrative tasks to ensure the operation is running smoothly.

To be successful in this role, you should be university degree qualified in a relevant field, such as Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business. You should also be an exceptional multitasker and problem solver, highly analytical, and tech-savvy. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be ready to challenge and be challenged within our highly disruptive business model.

We are looking for a team member who is highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a recent graduate looking to kick start your Logistics and Supply Chain career or have some practical experience and are looking for a new challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative space.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaising with multiple third-party logistics providers on day-to-day operational issues
  2. Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to problem-solve and resolve issues
  3. Reconciling invoices and managing escalations with delivery partners and warehousing teams
  4. Arranging deliveries for our VIP B2B customers
  5. Performing administrative tasks to ensure the operation is running smoothly
  6. Assisting the Customer Care team with escalated issues
  7. Coordinating stock transfers between warehouses
  8. Looking for new and better ways of working to enable a highly efficient operation
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar)
  2. An exceptional multitasker and problem solver
  3. Highly analytical and ready to delve into data
  4. Tech-savvy with the ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
  5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  6. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills
  7. Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
