The role:

Snooze Dandenong is looking for a passionate Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a confident and genuine individual with a talent for building strong customer relationships, you'll help create expert sleep solutions. We're open to offering full-time or casual hours for the right candidate, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

This role requires flexibility and availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential.

You'll be

  • Building relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
  • Collaborating with your team in day-to-day store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and delivering an awesome customer experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
  • Customer-centric behaviours
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • The ability to use a computer
  • The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
  • The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
