Job Title:

Senior Accounts Payable and Expense Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable and Expense Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) function with a focus on an upcoming migration project.

  • Accurately enter AP transactions and import expense and credit card reimbursements from Workday to NetSuite.
  • Maintain data integrity during system migration and ongoing AP processes.
  • Apply internal controls to ensure compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including experience in a senior or supervisory AP role. Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial systems are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
