We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, culturally appropriate assessment and interventions to individuals with disabilities. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver evidence-based services that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and interventions to individuals with disabilities, including those with language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication needs.
- Create treatment and therapy plans tailored to the individualized needs of our diverse range of clients.
- Implement evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients according to their NDIS plans.
- Participate in support planning processes to deliver coordinated, effective service provision.
- Liaise with relevant individuals, such as family members and carers, regarding client needs and management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- A current driver's license (cars provided).
- Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals.
- Honesty and integrity, with a genuine respect for all individuals regardless of their disability, culture, age, gender, or sexual orientation.
- Experience in applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical supports.
- Ability to work in a flexible, person-centred, and strengths-based way across diverse settings to meet client needs.
