About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary disability services team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally appropriate assessment and interventions to individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment and therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients according to their NDIS plans.
  • Participate in support planning processes to deliver coordinated, effective service provision.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding client needs and management.

Requirements
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, person-centred, and strengths-based way.
