We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic team members to join our Christmas Casuals at our Eastgardens store.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Christmas Casual, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for customers, supporting the team in achieving sales and KPI goals, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create a standout experience for every customer – make it memorable
  • Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sneakers and streetwear, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Apart from being available from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, no prior retail experience is required.
