
Facilities Management Leader

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Professional to lead our facilities management function.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment, induction, and training of colleagues within their team.
Provide ongoing development opportunities, including appraisals, to ensure team members are delivering to their full potential.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with legal training requirements across the estate.
Ensure all direct reports are performing to expected standards and provide coaching and support as required.
Maintain up-to-date records of supervisor and technician training to ensure compliance with defined standards.
Requirements:
Recognised technical background with experience in hard FM.
Familiarity with ISO Quality standards and current Health and Safety legislation.
General Management experience, including management of large teams and ability to plan and organise multi-site work schedules.
