Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Professional to lead our facilities management function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, induction, and training of colleagues within their team.

  • Provide ongoing development opportunities, including appraisals, to ensure team members are delivering to their full potential.

  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with legal training requirements across the estate.

  • Ensure all direct reports are performing to expected standards and provide coaching and support as required.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of supervisor and technician training to ensure compliance with defined standards.

Requirements:

  • Recognised technical background with experience in hard FM.

  • Familiarity with ISO Quality standards and current Health and Safety legislation.

  • General Management experience, including management of large teams and ability to plan and organise multi-site work schedules.
