Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Home Entertainment Retail Specialists - Casual Opportunities. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their queries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Assisting customers with product information, demonstrations, and sales.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new releases and promotions.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Key Requirements

  • You must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You will have a passion for home entertainment products and be able to communicate this enthusiasm to customers.
  • You will be able to maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions efficiently.
