About the Role

The ICT Change and Communication Analyst develops and implements strategic change and communication plans for projects, programs, and operational changes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • ">
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive change and communication activities to align with organisational priorities and objectives.">
  • Assisting in implementing change and communication aspects of projects, including stakeholder analysis, engagement, training, support, and business readiness.">
  • Consulting and liaising with stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners to ensure their needs are incorporated into change, communication, and engagement strategies.">
  • Analysing and reviewing change and communication tactics and strategies to evaluate outcomes and inform future planning.">
  • Updating and creating information for intranet pages to keep stakeholders informed about ongoing and upcoming initiatives, operations, and services.">
  • Monitoring trends and issues to identify target audiences and advising on strategies to promote best practices in change and communication development.">
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, inclusion, ethical practices, privacy, and relevant legislation in all change and communication activities.">

  • Experience in change and communication aspects of projects, including stakeholder analysis, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness.">
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.">
