Beauty and Luxury Industry Development Professional

The successful candidate will combine their passion for the beauty industry with creativity and an iconic global brand, to deliver inductions, training, and development tailored to business needs.
About the Role- Develop and deliver induction programs and brand training for Beauty Advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Conduct pre-training coaching for new recruits, providing them with the confidence and ability to succeed in their new positions.
- Provide in-field coaching and development, tailored to business needs, to help Beauty Advisors achieve their full potential.
- Manage journey planning for store visits and training days, ensuring that all activities are efficient and effective.
- Support major training events, conferences, and product launches, helping to drive business growth and success.
- Track key metrics and manage administrative requirements, ensuring that the team has the tools and resources needed to perform at their best.
Requirements:
- Passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail.
- Strong presentation and communication skills – able to inspire and engage.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A creative and curious mindset with a willingness to try new approaches.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Awareness of training trends and multi-media platforms.
- Previous in-field coaching or retail training experience.
