Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, define the problem space, and develop innovative, scalable solutions tailored to their needs.

This role will encompass all areas of technology delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and ongoing support.

As a senior developer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements.
  • Design and implement data models, integrations, and workflows that streamline business processes.
  • Develop custom applications, reports, and automated workflows that solve complex business problems.
  • Ensure Power Platform solutions adhere to best practices in governance, security, and performance.
  • Manage testing, deployment, and maintenance of solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in MS Power Platform.
  • A strong background in Microsoft technology.
  • Experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing applications using Power Automate, Power App, Power BI and Dataverse.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in collaborative teams in an agile manner in a commercial environment.
