Job Opportunity: Tenancy Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Tenancy Support Worker in a part-time capacity.

This position is based out of Hobart, Tasmania. The successful applicant will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure properties are maintained, cleaned, and stocked with appropriate items based on participant needs before, during, and after occupancy.

  • Address maintenance issues promptly and maintain records in line with site requirements.
  • Monitor the asset register in coordination with the administration team.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with participants, practitioners, and trades.
  • Support service delivery to victim survivors of family violence by coordinating with Team Leaders and Practitioners.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate diploma or relevant certificate with experience; or Relevant certificate with relevant experience attained through previous appointments in property and program support to undertake the range of activities required.
  • Experience of working in the family violence sector and having an understanding of family violence is highly desirable.
  • Highly developed time management and work prioritisation skills with an ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision required.
