Sales Representative Opportunity:

Job Overview

The role of Sales Representative involves selling new and used equipment to customers. This will require actively seeking out sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and helping to organise trade shows and local government events.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an existing network of customers and develop new relationships through regular communication and follow-up visits.
  • Actively seek out sales opportunities for new and used equipment.
  • Help to organise and attend trade shows, local government events, and other networking activities to build relationships with potential customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service, excellent cold calling/telephone skills, and a strong belief in regular prospecting. You will also need to have a high motivational drive to meet and exceed sales targets, experience in operating and maintaining a CRM system, and a confident, courteous, professional, and ethical sales approach.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trustworthy individual with a high moral code.
  • Excellent cold calling/telephone skills (or the willingness to learn).
  • A high motivational drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining a CRM system, or the ability to pick up computer systems rapidly.
  • A confident, courteous, professional, and ethical sales approach.
  • A reasonable mechanical aptitude.
  • A current Drivers Licence.
