We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Home Support Assistants.

About the Role:
  • Support clients with domestic tasks, including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the floor.
  • Follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, and referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
  • Provide social support in the community, enhancing participation in their own care to maintain independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle that is appropriately insured and in good condition.
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
Benefits:
  • $32.74 per hour + superannuation.
  • Travel allowance of $1.03 per kilometre.
