Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Assist in the creation and assessment of project job flow, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Client Communication: Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to project delivery and services provided, ensuring the concerns of all affected parties are addressed.
  3. Documentation Management: Manage all records and documentation linked to contracts, projects, and services provided, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project leaders, designers, engineers, and other key individuals to ensure targets are met and aligned with company objectives.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate and submit reports that reflect the organization's ongoing activities and project milestones.
  6. Project Monitoring: Monitor contractor activities, oversee progress, and document any changes in work directives to maintain consistency with project objectives.
