Property Portfolio Manager

Our company is seeking a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a high-end portfolio of properties in the Inner City/Eastern Suburbs.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with landlords, and ensuring timely repairs and maintenance. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to resolve escalated issues will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of properties, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with landlords, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact property value or resident satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, resolving complaints and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and efficient resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in property management, with experience in managing large portfolios.
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in NSW.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and residents.
  • Natural conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
