In light of our ongoing expansion in Queensland, we are looking for a Landscape Construction Area Manager. This role is full-time and focuses on overseeing projects in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure effective project delivery.
  3. Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and quality assurance throughout the construction lifecycle.
  4. Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource distribution to meet financial targets.
  5. Serve as the main contact for clients during the construction phase, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Required Experience & Skills:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in Landscape Construction Management.
  2. A degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
  3. In-depth knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  4. Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  5. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to meet project objectives.
  6. Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  7. Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
