Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions, from distribution network optimisation to future-state design.
  • Analyse and improve logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to support long-term strategic planning for clients.
Client & Project Management
  • Deliver high-impact supply chain consultancy projects, ensuring commercial and strategic objectives are met.
  • Partner closely with key client stakeholders, developing trusted relationships.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Business Growth & Thought Leadership
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by leveraging internal relationships.
  • Support the development of compelling proposals and bids for supply chain transformation projects.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, industry insights, and innovative supply chain strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor junior consultants & analysts, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Support recruitment and training of top supply chain talent.
  • Drive inclusivity, well-being, and leadership excellence within the organisation.
