Behavioural Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Specialist to fill a key role within our organisation. The successful candidate will possess a passion for researching and developing others to improve their report writing, formulation, and strategy development skills.

The role involves reviewing Behavioural Support Plans, providing training, support, and guidance to staff, and participating in research to contribute to building the evidence base for our plans with the aim of publication in peer-reviewed journals.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Special Education, and experience in understanding the NDIS framework. They will also have experience delivering Behavioural Support or similar services within the disability, education, or justice sectors.

A PhD/Doctorate is highly desirable but not essential. The ability to produce high-quality reports is essential.
