This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced academic to contribute to child health research within a leading research group.
- The position involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, health services, policymakers, and mentorship to students, groups, and colleagues.
- Key responsibilities include conducting high-quality research in child health services and health systems, developing and implementing research strategies, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and mentoring students, groups, and colleagues.
The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality publications, competitive grant acquisition, and meaningful partnerships aimed at improving health service delivery and health outcomes for children and young people.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A PhD in health services research, epidemiology, psychology, or non-lab-based child health research.
- Proven commitment to keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments.
- Demonstrated track record in research with outcomes of high quality and high impact.
- Experience in translation intervention research is preferred.
- Ability to generate grant income.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of highly developed organisational skills.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact research projects.

The role reports to the Professor and has no other direct reports.
