The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 to $180,000 AUD, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our HR function with a strategic, forward-thinking approach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building impactful HR processes that support rapid growth and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning & Strategy: Develop initiatives to align staffing with commercial growth and implement data-driven insights.
  • HR Process & Policy Development: Design policies that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster scalability.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Create recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, collaborating with agencies and streamlining onboarding.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Build structured performance frameworks to drive accountability and employee development.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee compliance with Australian employment laws, coordinating with external consultants and proactively managing risk.
  • Training & Development: Develop programs for skills enhancement, compliance, and leadership development, supporting succession and promotion goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of commercial HR management experience, with a strong background in HR systems, policy creation, and compliance.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and an exceptional communicator with a knack for aligning HR with business outcomes.
