Key Responsibilities
  • CARRY OUT HIGH-QUALITY PRESSURE WELDING ON PIPELINES, VESSELS, AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS TO MEET INDUSTRY CODES AND STANDARDS.
  • READ AND INTERPRET ENGINEERING DRAWINGS, WELDING PROCEDURES, AND SPECIFICATIONS.
  • SELECT AND PREPARE MATERIALS, CONSUMABLES, AND EQUIPMENT FOR WELDING TASKS.
  • PERFORM WELDING DUTIES USING GTAW (TIG), SMAW (STICK), OR MIG PROCESSES AS REQUIRED.
  • EENSURE ALL WELDS MEET INSPECTION, TESTING, AND QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
  • MAINTAIN A CLEAN, SAFE, AND COMPLIANT WORK ENVIRONMENT IN LINE WITH COMPANY SAFETY STANDARDS.
  • COMPLETE JOB DOCUMENTATION, WELD LOGS, AND QUALITY CONTROL RECORDS ACCURATELY.
  • WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH SUPERVISORS, FABRICATORS, AND OTHER TEAM MEMBERS TO DELIVER PROJECTS ON TIME.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have relevant skills and qualifications in pressure welding.
  • Experience working with engineering drawings, welding procedures, and specifications is essential.
  • Ability to select and prepare materials, consumables, and equipment for welding tasks is required.
  • Familiarity with GTAW (TIG), SMAW (STICK), or MIG processes is necessary.
  • Candidates must ensure all welds meet inspection, testing, and quality assurance requirements.
  • A clean, safe, and compliant work environment must be maintained at all times.
  • Candidates must complete job documentation, weld logs, and quality control records accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
