Student Financial Account Manager

This role involves overseeing all aspects of student financial accounts to ensure accurate management and a seamless, positive student experience.

  • Key responsibilities include:

The primary contact for students regarding their financial accounts, you will be responsible for managing student accounts in line with the fee collection schedule, including monitoring payments, issuing reminders, and following up to ensure timely collection.

You will work closely with students to resolve any financial issues and provide guidance on how to manage their accounts effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

About this role:

  • Manage student financial accounts and communicate with students regarding their accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Resolve any financial issues that arise and provide guidance to students on account management.
