About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our global brokerage team as an Assistant Insurance Broker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the overall account management and debtor management, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, working closely with the Gallagher Service Centre to implement changes.
  • Gather relevant client information and identify key issues to provide assistance to senior brokers.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures.
  • Stay informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, industry seminars, and other relevant events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete upon commencement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent administration skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
