Trolley Recovery Specialist

As a Vehicle Trolley Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe and seamless shopping experience.

The job involves operating a company vehicle to recover trolleys from the carpark and local area, returning them to designated bays. You will also collect trolleys from outdoor collection points and return them to indoor storage facilities, regardless of the weather conditions.

In addition to driving duties, you will be responsible for completing a checklist of cleaning tasks across all store areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing and buffing floors, as well as cleaning shelving and equipment.

You will work independently, following instructions and set priorities to meet deadlines. The role requires physical fitness and activity due to lifting up to 17kgs and constant movement.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service, has a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a company vehicle to recover trolleys
  • Collect and return trolleys to indoor storage facilities
  • Complete cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

Requirements:

  • Full unrestricted Australian drivers' license
  • Ability to lift up to 17kgs and work in a fast-paced environment
