Vocational Trainer and Assessor

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play an instrumental role in delivering quality training and assessment services to our students.

As a vocational trainer and assessor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our students. You will work with learners from diverse backgrounds and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their vocational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in delivering training and assessment programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our students
• Conducting regular on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support
• Managing a caseload of apprentices and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs
• Ensuring all compliance obligations are met, including maintenance of accurate records and reporting

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
