Quality Engineer II Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that powers the world around us.

  • Provide quality assurance support to ensure purchased parts and manufactured goods conform to company standards for design, procurement, manufacture, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements during product design and manufacturing.
  2. Assist in meeting department goals and implement Continuous Improvement activities using Six Sigma tools and practices.
  3. Support operations by analyzing and resolving product and process problems with Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years' experience in Quality or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics or PCB design.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with quality and LEAN processes, techniques, and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab SPC.
  • Motivated, independent, and collaborative with good communication skills.
