Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
