Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a patient experience specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be available to work up to 25 hours per week and will be required to work after hours based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
  • Offer empathy and compassion to patients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Educate patients about various products and their effects, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work directly with leaders on duty to enhance the customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
  • Assist with tasks as assigned by management, including but not limited to returns, inventory management, and product knowledge development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 years old in CT, PA, and WV) with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the delivery driver role.
  • Prior cash handling experience is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Strong business sense, professionalism, and discretion to maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions, communicate clearly, and demonstrate empathy towards patients.
