About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead financial planning, optimize operations, and provide actionable insights that inform key business strategies.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, manage performance metrics, and enhance cost-effectiveness across core business functions.

  • Develop and present comprehensive financial reports, including trend analysis and performance indicators, to senior leadership.
  • Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive cost savings initiatives by monitoring expenses, identifying areas for reduction, and implementing best practices.
  • Manage and develop a direct report, fostering a high-performing finance team.

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years' finance experience, including business partnering and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage direct reports.
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations and proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
