Job Description

The role of a Technical Lead is to oversee the integration of multiple vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery of technical outcomes.

This position requires a strong vendor management and coordination skillset, with expertise in systems integration, solution design, or technical delivery.

The successful candidate will drive vendor performance, resolve integration challenges, and maintain high standards of technical delivery for key projects upgrading core operational systems.

This includes leading and coordinating technical activities across vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring integration deliverables meet quality, timelines, and performance expectations.

Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between vendors and internal stakeholders is also a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, ideally within complex integration projects.

In addition to technical skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate technical activities across vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure integration deliverables meet quality, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve technical integration issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Support project leadership with technical input and progress reporting.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in technical processes and vendor performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, ideally within complex integration projects.

Strong vendor management and coordination skills.

Expertise in systems integration, solution design, or technical delivery.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
