About the Role

Roc Consulting is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As a key member of the HVAC Division, you will be responsible for handling scheduled and emergency service calls for HVAC systems, identifying and resolving faults in HVAC equipment, and generating field quotes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of service calls.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the service team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • QLD Restricted Electrical Work License.
  • Refrigerant Handling Certification.
  • Experience in HVAC systems.
  • Certified Refrigeration Mechanic.
