Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to join our team at ClearCompany. If you have a strong background in IT and experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (including CE Cloud), we'd love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-12 years in IT, with 6-8 years specifically on Dynamics CRM, including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud (a must).
  • Consulting Experience: Demonstrable experience in Functional Consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM, with at least two large end-to-end MSCRM implementations involving complex functionality, multiple modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service), and multi-geo rollouts.
  • Module Expertise: Thorough knowledge of at least two Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing).
  • Customer Facing: Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops, JAD sessions, capture and document User Stories, create product backlogs, and perform functional fit-gap analysis.
  • Documentation: Skilled in authoring BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and ensuring sign-offs from customers.
  • Modern Workloads: Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and Power Apps is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Technologies: Experience with Azure AI/ML, Azure IoT platform, and Virtual Agent is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong experience working in Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional consulting and business analysis on Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Conduct requirements workshops, capture user stories, and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to implement complex CRM solutions across multiple modules.
  • Analyze and document functional gaps, and work on delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Support integration efforts and multi-geo rollouts while ensuring smooth project delivery.
