Key Responsibilities
  • Study business requirements and identify optimal solutions for implementation.
  • Analyze requirements for implementing Guidewire solutions, either using out-of-the-box features or custom solutions.
  • Estimate integration development effort and conduct peer reviews.
  • Prepare technical documentation for code and design changes.
  • Build, unit test, and integrate changes.
  • Participate in defect triage meetings and provide technical inputs.
  • Coordinate integration testing with QA and other dependent teams.
  • Document high-level and low-level design documents.
  • Share technical inputs on dependencies with other integration work streams.
  • Participate in quality audits and maintain traceability matrices.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Guidewire.
  • Exposure to Guidewire modules (CC, PC, and BC).
  • Good knowledge of the Insurance P&C domain.
  • Guidewire certification.
