About the Opportunity

Lead with Impact in Western Australia's Growing Industrial Services Sector

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Industrial Fleet, Operators, and Yard Operations.

The Role

  • Coordinate daily operations, scheduling staff, equipment, and fleet resources
  • Ensure compliance through vehicle inspections and maintenance oversight
  • Mentor and manage operators for safe and efficient task delivery
  • Conduct regular stock audits for PPE and consumables
  • Oversee fleet standards, including cleanliness and damage inspections
  • Support emergency response efforts as part of HazRad's Emergency Response Team

About You

  • A seasoned supervisor with experience leading industrial service crews and managing fleet operations
  • Proven ability to shape operations and build a strong safety culture
  • Current WA HR Licence and Forklift Ticket
  • White Card, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights certifications
  • Controlled Waste and/or Dangerous Goods Licence (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams effectively
  • Ability to write and review technical documentation
  • Methodical record-keeping and a proactive approach
  • Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card – desirable but not essential
