About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Call Center Representative to work in a dynamic Inner City environment. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Available between 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week (Monday - Sunday)
  • Will work greater than 35 hours/week
  • Confident disposition and a willingness to learn

Requirements:

  • Minimum typing speed of 35-40 WPM
  • BASIC computer literacy skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Enjoy a challenge and providing excellent customer service
  • Great work ethic and reliability
