As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all maintenance activities to ensure the efficient use of resources and timely completion of aircraft maintenance tasks. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules for aircraft maintenance, ensuring alignment with regulations and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Managers and departments to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, tools, and materials.
  • Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules to handle unexpected changes and maintain efficiency.
  • Create, issue, and track work orders for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to secure timely parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory standards and are fully documented for audits.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis and implement best practices to reduce downtime.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on maintenance progress, delays, and key metrics, acting as the primary contact for planning inquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in production planning or scheduling.
  • Proficiency with planning software and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
