Job Description

As a Building Installation Manager, you will oversee all building works conducted under Origin Zero's activities. You will obtain relevant building licences and work with the business, team and governing bodies to ensure works are completed in line with regulations & standards.

The role involves acting as the technical nominee for building installations, implementing HSE and quality assurance systems, processes, auditing activities and managing reporting of contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, legislation, codes of practice and directives.

Responsibilities
  1. Obtain relevant building licences
  2. Work with the business, team and governing bodies to ensure works are completed in line with regulations & standards
  3. Act as the technical nominee for building installations
  4. Implement HSE and quality assurance systems, processes, audit activities and manage reporting of contractors
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of building installation procedures
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including business leaders and governing bodies
