Retail Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Operations Project Manager to join our team. This role will be at the forefront of strategic and operational projects across our retail network, ensuring every initiative enhances store performance, elevates the customer experience, and drives operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement process improvements, and drive business growth. You will have a strong understanding of retail store operations and the customer journey, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from concept to completion, managing scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor and manage a team of 6, developing their skills in visual merchandising and store project management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across our stores.
- Support the rollout of new systems, technologies, and store formats.
- Act as the key liaison between head office and store teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Analyse data and generate reports to evaluate project impact and ROI.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Interstate travel is required for this position.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
- Prior experience in a project management role is preferred.
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- A strong understanding of retail store operations and the customer journey.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
