Job Title: Industrial Coatings Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to manufactured products, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by scraping, sanding, power wire brushing, and using solvents to remove grease, dirt, and rust.
  • Determine the appropriate colours and coatings for various surfaces according to standard guidelines and company protocols.
  • Apply coatings to manufactured products using gravity-fed pots and airless spray systems.
  • Sand, spray, and stencil bins as required.
  • Monitor extractor fans and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Sound work experience as an industrial coatings specialist in a similar setting.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications are highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
