This is an exciting opportunity to secure a role as an AO4 Prosecution Support Officer within a dynamic team environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative and paralegal support in the management of prosecutions before Queensland Courts.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including counsel, workers, employers, insurers, and their legal representatives.
- Prepare briefs and pre-trial checklists.
- Arrange lay and expert witnesses for conferencing and giving evidence at hearings.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence for approval.
- Undertake research and maintain internal resources.
- Maintain accurate files and records.
- Previous experience in a legal administration/support role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Adobe and electronic file management.
- Intermediate to advanced word processing and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role involves working closely with Legal Officers and other stakeholders to achieve key objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
