Business Development Opportunity

We are expanding our operations into Melbourne's West.

The Western Suburbs offer significant growth opportunities due to population, infrastructure, commercial and residential development, as well as new businesses across diverse industries.

The new business centre will enable us to deepen existing relationships and harness growth opportunities in the West.

The team will temporarily operate from the CBD office until the new premises are operational.

Our Business Analysts play a pivotal role in relationship management, working closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and clients to provide valuable solutions.

The position involves conducting client and industry research, financial analysis, modelling and risk assessment.

We seek inquisitive individuals with strong analytical abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and passion for customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking financial modelling and analysis for Business and Commercial Banking clients
  • Preparing credit submissions and coordinating deal execution
  • Preparing various reporting requirements
  • Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience writing and analysing credit transactions
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L and financial products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Client service experience in a Commercial or Business banking environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce
