About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work with clients aged 12-25 years old, providing culturally sensitive assessments and treatment support for mild, moderate, or severe mental health needs.

  • Conduct thorough client assessments, developing tailored treatment plans and collaborating with regional health teams for comprehensive care.
  • Engage in assertive outreach to address emerging mental health concerns, leveraging your advanced specialist knowledge to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication with families and carers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
  • Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration or Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration or Bachelor of Social Work with AASW registration.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
  • Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to cultural humility and sensitivity.
