Ausreo Pty Ltd is currently experiencing significant growth due to the upturn in infrastructure and commercial construction projects. This presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Machine Operator to join our Wacol team at our brand-new site. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the safe and efficient use of machinery, including the Off Coil, Shearline, and Bending Machines. Key responsibilities will include maintaining quality standards, operating machinery in accordance with Safe Operating Procedures, and achieving consistent output. Additionally, the candidate will conduct prestart checks on all plant and equipment, set up machines, and apply quality control inspections prior to and during machine operation. The role also involves effectively monitoring production and line performance, being involved in improvement activities, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. To be successful, the candidate must have experience operating cranes, machines, and loading trucks, with a strong work ethic, reliability, and safety consciousness. Training will be provided for crane operations. The successful candidate must have Australian Citizenship or legal Work Rights, and undertake a pre-employment medical assessment and National Police Check.
