About the Role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at Sheridan Altona Gate Outlet.
This is a Fixed Term Full-Time position at 38 hours per week.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals
- Maintain store operations including stock management, VM and rostering
- Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business
